Massachusetts Twisters host the World Champion, Baltimore Blast
(West Springfield, MA-December 26, 2008) The Massachusetts Twisters host the World Champion, Baltimore Blast Saturday January 3, 2009 at the Coliseum. The Twisters are coming off their first win last Sunday, and will try to keep spinning towards a playoff run. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Tickets for the game can be purchased through masstwisters.com or sold at Wrap It Up Sports in Agawam 413-304-2033.
The Twisters hit the road for an away game in Rockford on December 27, 2008. They return for the start of a three game home stand on January 3, 2008.
The NISL features the Baltimore Blast, the 2008 MISL champion, the Philadelphia Kixx, la Raza de Monterrey (Mexico), as well as the Rampage and Twisters. Many of the top indoor players in the world play in the NISL, including stars such as Denison Cabral (Baltimore), Jamar Beasley (Rockford), Genoni Martinez (Monterrey), and Pete Pappas (Philadelphia).
